WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
An experienced Senior Designer with good taste, high standards and the ability to take ownership of features from concept to launch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work independently on the design of complex features and product areas, driving clarity from ambiguity.
- Work across the full design lifecycle - from research, discovery, and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and polished prototypes.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to translate customer insights into meaningful, high-impact product experiences.
- Own and deliver designs for features end-to-end, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Help shape product strategy by bringing a design perspective to roadmap planning and prioritisation.
- Engage in regular design critique, feedback sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to raise the bar for quality and usability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on visual assets, branding, and product storytelling where needed.
- Advocate for user experience and accessibility throughout the product development process.
- Design bespoke digital floorplans for clients based on real-world office layouts, ensuring they are accurate, intuitive, and compatible with our in-product space management tools.
- Champion design excellence and help foster a culture of thoughtful, inclusive, and user-first thinking across product and engineering.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A strong portfolio showcasing thorough understanding of user-centered design principles across SaaS or mobile applications.
- Expert-level mastery of Figma, enabling you to drive design systems, lead collaborative workflows, and deliver world-class user experiences.
- Ability to take a product or feature from concept through to polished execution — grounded in user needs, customer feedback, and business context.
- Exceptional visual design sensibility and an eye for layout, hierarchy, and clarity.
- A curiosity about AI tools and how you can use them supplement your existing design skills.
- Skill in interaction design and prototyping to ensure concepts are understood, tested, and refined before development.
- Clear communication skills - able to articulate design decisions with rationale and openness.
- Detail oriented but pragmatic - you know when to sweat the pixels and when to move quickly.
- A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for building great products with a great team.
- Experience influencing strategy or running research in a product-led environment.
- Experience with HTML / CSS / JS
- Experience with illustration, motion design, or branding.
