Director of Product Marketing
Lead Kadence’s Product Marketing to the enterprise, owning positioning, launches, and competitive strategy while delivering hands-on, cross-functional impact to drive growth and category leadership.
Kadence is on a hypergrowth path, building the category-defining workplace operations platform of the future. We’re hiring a Director of Product Marketing to lead the Product Marketing team while staying hands-on, owning positioning, launches, competitive strategy, and enterprise-ready GTM execution.
What you’ll do
Own category-leading positioning & messaging that resonates & converts with decision makers in the upper mid-market/enterprise.
Collaborate with the wider Kadence teams on product launches and related messaging end-to-end
Lead competitive strategy: intel, battlecards, win themes, deal debriefs, and sales plays.
Expand Sales & CX enablement (pitch/demo narrative, ROI stories, objection handling, training) and build content based on real customer insights.
Partner deeply with Engineering, CX, and Leadership to influence the product roadmap and align on execution.
Collaborate with PR/Comms, analysts, and social/content to amplify POV, launches, and customer proof.
Qualifications
6–10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 3+ years in Product Marketing, including ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and enablement.
Proven success marketing to upper mid-market / enterprise buyers (multi-stakeholder deals, longer cycles, procurement/security/IT considerations).
Demonstrated competitive, category-leader mindset: you’ve built competitive intel, battlecards, uncovered win/loss themes, and improved win rates in head-to-head deals.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product + Engineering, Sales, CX/CS, and Executive Leadership; able to influence without heavy process or authority.
Exceptional communication: crisp storytelling, strong executive presence, and high-quality writing for internal enablement and external narratives.
Metrics-driven operator: can define success metrics (pipeline influence, conversion, win rate, adoption/activation, retention/expansion) and iterate based on results.
Preferred
Experience in workplace tech (space/desk/room booking, workplace ops, IT/CRE/Facilities/HR tech) or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
Experience partnering with or running Analyst Relations and PR/Comms motions (briefings, narratives, launch coverage).
Experience collaborating closely with Social Media/Content to turn product POV and launches into consistent market visibility.
