We are looking for a talented and competitive, customer-oriented Sales Development Representative to drive sales within a specific territory. The SDR’s primary responsibility will be to focus on generating demand for our SaaS solution, achieve personal business development targets, and thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be a pro at using tools such as Linkedin, HubSpot CRM, and Email to engage customers and be comfortable making connections via email chats and calls every day.
-Learn & understand our products and our prospective clients well.
-Understand customer pain points, and requirements and correlate Kadence Wx solutions and customer requirements.
-Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, LinkedIn chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers.
-Quick to respond and engage to qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
-Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
-Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.
-Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.
-Perform effective online demos to all prospects.
-Manage customer queries from website and email.
-Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
-The ideal candidate should be strategy-driven with a research-based sales approach and have the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process.
-Proven sales development experience, preferably in a startup or SaaS industry.
-A track record of over-achieving quota is a must.
-Savvy with LinkedIn sales navigator, HubSpot, and CRM tools.
-Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
To be successful as a Sales Executive, you should be persuasive and able to build rapport with customers. Ultimately, an outstanding Sales Executive should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers and demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills.
